Our Resident Care Manager, Josephine, brings extensive experience and a personal commitment to ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. With a background in caregiving focused on Dementia and Mental Health, Josephine is well-equipped to provide individualized support tailored to each resident’s needs.
Josephine lives on-site, ensuring that the home is always managed with care and attention. She holds all required certifications, including CPR and First Aid, Food Handler’s Card, Nurse Delegation, and Fundamentals of Caregiving, ensuring a safe and well-regulated environment.
As the Resident Care Manager, Josephine oversees the home’s daily operations, ensures appropriate staffing, and manages care during emergencies. She also trains and orients caregivers to uphold the highest standards of service. For caregivers who are certified or registered Nurse Aides or HCAs, nurse delegation is conducted by a licensed RN to ensure seamless and professional care.
